It's not every day that an administrator receives a glowing letter like this one.  Take a moment to read this letter from a resident family member…it will brighten your day and it is chock full of shout outs for staff across Campus!

“Dear Jeff,

I just wanted to take a moment to make note in honor of the good work I see Ashley (Hernandez, EMS) doing in her new position on the second floor of the Center.  She always seems to have a genuine interest in the care of others, especially the residents. She finds ways to encourage them, and is quite tender with addressing them when attempting to meet their individual needs. She seems eager to do her job and when I have a need for my mom, she seems ready to always seek to find an answer. I think it's important to recognize the efforts of others especially in the Care industry where the rewards are not so much monetary, but more the reward of loving and helping others. She certainly does have the gift of helps.

I also want to take a moment to make an overall comment about all of those on the second floor in Caring for my mom, and also on the fourth floor with my aunt. I've been treated with great respect, as I believe are all the residents.  It takes great patience to work in your industry.  I can't speak for every person working at the Care Center, but when I am there, and believe me,  I am there daily, I and watch the great care they all take for Beatitudes' residents. I wish I could mention all of their names because they all for the most part, are great. I truly very much appreciate each one of them and trust them with my moms care.

Thanks Jeff (Calvert, AL/EMS) for all you do, obviously your leadership is the glue that is bringing success to the Care Center.

On a separate note I would like to mention that Plaza View also has always been appreciated with the staff there. Yes, there are new people all the time coming and going but to still see many of the same staff remaining says a lot about leadership. Particularly I want to mention the dining room and the leadership there with Suzanne (Lewis, Dining) and Jennifer (Yazzie, Dining). Can't say enough about each of them.  I watch Suzanne and how she handles the individual personalities of the residents and their quirks…she does a fantastic job!  Lots of attitudes to manage and handle, and to do so delicately.  Long time staffer, Adam (Parish, Dining) and the many many people there working. We always feel welcome to join them for or dinner from time to time and mom is so happy when she sees her old friends. I just wanted to give you an update on the great job I think you are all doing.  We are grateful for the home that you have made for my aunt and my mom.

God bless you and your future endeavors as you continue to bless others in your leadership role.

Most Sincerely,

Faith”
