congratulations to Monica De La Rosa (Transportation) and her beautiful new little girl. Hosanna Rae De La Rosa was born August 1st at 5:46PM weighing 5.9 pounds. Mom, dad and baby are all healthy and doing amazing. celebrate with the family on your time off!
