Water consumption in the Southwest has become a serious problem. We use an average of two million gallons of water a month at beatitudes. We could lead the way by reducing water usage. If each resident reduced usage by one gallon a day, that would save 19,500 gallons a month (over 234,000 gallons per year). Over the next few months the roadrunner will contain a water conservation hint of the week—watch for them and help by doing your part.
One drip every second wastes five gallons of water per day.
