Do You Have a Media Request? Who Is Your Liaison?

Please be aware, that all project requests for the Media Department (including media design, printing and copying requests) must now go through a staff liaison who will track the progress of your project on your behalf. All projects must be campus related unless otherwise discussed with your liaison. Projects will be subject to a two week due date unless there is a rush order approved by the Media Department.

  • Content is due Tuesdays by 5:00PM for the following week’s edition.
  • Any content received after the above deadline is subject to being bumped to a future edition.
  • Content received on time takes priority over any content received after deadline.
  • Content submitted must be approved by a Staff Liaison (if sent in from a resident or third party).
  • Content is subject to space availability.
  • Content may be edited accordingly to reflect our Mission and based on spacing.
