Redevelopment Update

On the Myrtle site, we had two concrete pours the week of June 24th. The HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning) contractor will continue their installations and the large specimen tree will be lifted by crane and the moved to its final location this week. On the 17th Drive site, the site work contractor hauled in and compacted fill material for the building pads last week. There will continue to be earthwork on the 17th Drive site in preparation for concrete footings and concrete pads around July 10th-11th. Dust control is in effect at all times on all sites. Let’s keep our fingers crossed for the survival and flourishing of the tree.
