On behalf of Beatitudes Campus staff and the employee Appreciation Committee we would like to share just how much was given by everyone for this year's Employee Appreciation Fund—a whopping $160,506.64!
This amount will be divided up based on hours worked throughout the year and placed in staff accounts—excluding the senior leadership team. Gift checks average around $300—$400 range. What a beautiful testament of your belief in, support of, and appreciation of our campus team members.
We have had several employees share just how much your gift means to them this time of year. For some, the monies go to assist with Christmas gifts for their little ones, some apply it to school tuition, and a few pass it directly on to a fellow employee who may be financially struggling this time of year. Yet each staff member who receives a gift check is so very grateful for your generosity, as is our entire committee.
